While nobody ever plans for an emergency, if one happens, we are here for you. Mercy’s emergency department is staffed 24-hours a day, seven days a week by board-certified physicians dedicated to healing mind, body, and spirit to care for all who enter our doors.

Upon arrival, a registered nurse assesses every patient to determine treatment priority needs. Treatment will be provided in either the main emergency department or our urgent care area, where we provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. All patients, whether they come in by ambulance or on their own, are triaged in the same way.
