Northern Light Anticoagulation Clinic

The Northern Light Anticoagulation Clinic is committed to maximizing the benefit of anticoagulation therapy for our patients. Our caregivers are specially trained in anticoagulation therapy and will work closely with primary care providers to help patients manage their Warfarin and Coumadin dosing and to reduce side effects and complications during therapy.

Clinic services are available to any adult taking Coumadin. A referral form must be completed by a primary care provider with diagnosis, INR range, and length of therapy then faxed to 207-973-9971.

Our clinic is located less than half a mile from Interstate 95 on Union Street in Bangor. When traveling towards Bangor International Airport, the clinic is located on the right at the Northern Light Health Center, 915 Union Street, Suite 4. We are open Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), from 7am to 4pm.
