Congrats to Cathy Russell, retiring after 42 years!

She’s devoted more than four decades of service and positivity to Northern Light Inland Hospital and our community! We want to wish Cathy Russell, a respiratory therapist, a happy retirement! 
 
Cathy started her career as a respiratory therapist and transitioned to our Cardiovascular/Pulmonary Rehab department in 2013, where she has been an awesome team leader. 

We can’t say enough about Cathy and how she has been a role model for our caring culture. Every day she leads by example, always the first to ask how she can help.  She is an extremely compassionate person, both with patients and coworkers. She treats everyone like family and patient care and safety are always her priority.  

What will Cathy do in retirement? She says she plans to spend more time with her family and snowmobile more. We know her children and grandchildren light up her life! And lucky for all of us, she will still be around as a per diem staff person in the Cardiovascular practice!
