Date: 06/06/2023

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is pleased to welcome two nurse practitioners to its primary care team. Amanda Milliard, FNP has joined Northern Light Mercy Primary Care in Falmouth, and Nan Boucher, NP joined Northern Light Mercy Internal Medicine in Portland. Photos of both are attached.

Nan Boucher, NP
Nan has over 20 years of experience working in primary care, geriatric, and internal medicine settings, most recently at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Lewiston. She also serves as a preceptor, training the next generation of nurse practitioners. Nan’s goal is to provide therapeutic long-term primary care and to meet her patients where they are with transparency and honesty. She offers a full spectrum of care to address preventative, chronic disease, and acute health care needs.

Amanda Milliard, FNP
Prior to joining the Falmouth team, Amanda was a registered nurse who worked in a variety of settings that spanned endoscopy, nephrology, urology, and wellness. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Maine Nurse Practitioner Association. Amanda chose to become a family nurse practitioner because she was motivated to serve her community. She strives to meet patients and families where they are and to work closely with them on their health goals.
