Northern Light Health Center Milo is a part of Northern Light Mayo Hospital Rural Health Clinics. Northern Light Health Center Milo has received the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition (Level 3) for using evidence-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term, participative relationships. Simply stated, patients have a better quality experience when they are listened to and involved in the care process and when providers work in teams to coordinate care and information. Our providers offer full spectrum primary care for the whole family.

Northern Light Health Center Milo offers a variety of services including adult physicals, well-child physicals, routine medical visits, chronic illness care, medicated assisted therapy, complete obstetrics care, minor skin lesion removals, endometrial biopsies, strep tests, pregnancy tests and blood draws. Counseling services are offered each week by a provider from the Mayo Hospital Counseling Program.
Our lab hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 7 am to 3 pm.
Patients, please allow three business days (72 hours) for prescription refills.
