Terri Vieira, FACHE is the president of Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital, Northern Light Inland Hospital, and Northern Light Continuing Care, Lakewood.
She is responsible for the operations and leadership of the two hospitals and continuing care center.
Terri is a passionate advocate for delivering excellent quality and service to the patients, residents, and families who receive care at the organizations under her leadership. She also feels strongly about ensuring a positive work environment that provides a great place to deliver and receive care, as well as helping others develop their talents and skills.
Some of Terri’s notable professional and community membership and leadership roles are as a Maine Hospital Association board member, Central Maine Growth Council board member, Rotary member, and chair of the Critical Access Hospital/Small Rural Hospital Improvement Grant Program Flex team.
Prior to joining Northern Light Health, Terri, who has been part of Northern Light Health for more than 20 years, worked as director of radiology and diagnostic services at Central Maine Medical Center; chief technologist at Somerville Hospital in Somerville, Massachusetts; and clinical coordinator of the school of radiologic technology at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Massachusetts Bay Community College in Massachusetts.

Terri became president of Inland Hospital and Lakewood in 2020 and president of Sebasticook Valley Hospital in 2013.
