Learn the steps to give immediate first aid to someone who is injured or having a medical or environmental emergency, before advanced help arrives.

Join us from 12:30 – 4 pm to learn how to be prepared for a variety of unexpected situations that could help save a life! You will learn how to identify an emergency, phone for help, put on and remove gloves properly, use an Epi-Pen, stop bleeding and much more at Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital’s Heartsaver First Aid training!
