Lindsay is a high-energy Maine native with over 18 years of Human Resources/Recruitment experience, specializing in physician and executive level recruitment. Lindsay’s professional experience has been in the education and healthcare industries with a strong focus on strategic leadership and hard to fill positions. Lindsay prides herself in leading teams to find 'purple squirrels' and connecting them with amazing long-term opportunities. Lindsay is most passionate about leading engaged and enthusiastic workforce teams. In her current role as System Director of Provider Recruitment and Retention, she oversees the Provider Recruitment and Retention efforts at the ten (10) Northern Light Health hospitals throughout the state of Maine.
 
Lindsay is a graduate of St. Joseph College with her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in leadership.  Lindsay is also a graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor’s (BA) in Communication, and minors in Public Relations and Psychology.  She is a Certified Provider Recruitment Professional with the Association of Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (CPRP) and a certified professional (SHRM-CP) of the Society of Human Resources Management. Lindsay also holds her Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) from HRCI.  
 
In Lindsay’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children exploring Maine’s vast State Park system and attending her children’s sporting events all year round!
