Kelsey Anderson, Provider Recruiter II

Kelsey was born and raised in Northern Maine/Aroostook County; however, she’s also considered Portland and most recently, the Bangor-area, to be “home”.  Kelsey appreciates the various lifestyle opportunities and communities that Maine has to offer.  She loves Southern Maine for its beaches, dynamic energy, restaurants and shopping: Northern Maine for kayaking down the Aroostook River and unwinding with family: The Greater Bangor Region for its proximity to the coast, local restaurants, hiking and sense of community. 

Kelsey, a Clinical Social Worker, obtained her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Maine system and has worked in various capacities in Social Services, primarily in the hospital setting, for the past 10 years.  Kelsey has been with Northern Light Health since early 2018, in both Care Management and now Provider Recruitment.  In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, trying out new recipes, summer concerts, gardening and taking scenic day-trips exploring new places throughout the state.
