Sherry Tardy, Provider Recruiter II

Sherry is a native of Maine and has lived in Central Maine for most of her life.  She came to Northern Light Sebasticook Hospital in 2003 as an HR Generalist and quickly transitioned into the Provider Recruitment role.  Before her role in provider recruitment she worked as the Director of Human Resources and Operations for an environmental engineering firm for 13 years.  She brings over 25 years of recruitment experience to Northern Light Health. 

Sherry is a graduate of Thomas College in Waterville with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management.  She holds the designation of Diplomat from the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (DASPR) and Professional Human Resources (PHR).

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, paddle boarding and the theatre.
