Outpatient Treatment Referrals for COVID-19 Positive Patients

Oral anti-viral treatments for COVID-19 are highly preferred. Monoclonal antibody access is limited at this time, only refer patients that cannot take Paxlovid and/or are not good candidates for Molnupiravir.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 using an at home test:

If you have a primary care provider, please contact your healthcare team to let them know and to see which treatment is right for you.
If you do not have a primary care provider, please click the button to start a self-referral.
Between 9am-12pm each day, the Northern Light Health virtual walk-in care offers same day visits for COVID-19 assessment and treatment
Outside of these hours, please complete a treatment self-referral below to be contacted within 24 hours for treatment evaluation
