Northern Light CA Dean Hospital is proud to announce the recipients of its local True North Trailblazer awards, an annual recognition that honors employees who exemplify a profound and impactful dedication to their patients and our community hospital. By virtue of these local recognitions, the awardees are nominated for the Northern Light Health statewide True North Awards.
“The goal of the True North Trailblazer award is to celebrate our amazing staff for all that they do every day to improve healthcare for our patients and for each other,” says Marie Vienneau, FACHE, president, CA Dean Hospital. “The employees who receive True North recognition consistently go above and beyond for their patients, support their co-workers, and make the hospital a better place for every person who comes through our doors.”

Carla is the star who has guided the Northern Light Health Center, Sangerville office through many challenges over the years, including standing as a pillar when a treasured employees passed away suddenly over the summer. She is engaged, pleasant, intelligent, organized, and leads by example. Carla, with her considerable experience, models excellent care and is an invaluable resource for staff.

Constellation Trailblazer Award
CA Dean Hospital’s Radiology Department handles all of the organization’s imaging needs with only three full time and three per diem employees. Every team member is fully committed to communicating effectively and accurately, improving quality, and covering for each other without hesitation. They demonstrate dependability, professionalism, pride, and respect in all that they do.
