Maine Coast Hospital Welcomes First Baby of 2024!

Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital is delighted to announce the community’s first baby of the year was born yesterday afternoon, January 2, 2024

The Dixon Family Birthing Center care team at Maine Coast honored the baby and their parents with a basket filled with treats. We are appreciative of the local businesses that helped this family celebrate including Elizabeth’s, Bangor Savings Bank, The Meadow of Blue Hill, Kiddo Toy Store, Union River Book and Toy, Zi Photography, Serendib, Casa Jalisco, Helen’s, Pat’s Pizza, Governor’s, Doterra representative Nicole Woodman, and Hairbender’s Studio & Spa. “We are so very grateful for the generous support in Ellsworth and beyond,” shares Northern Light Blue Hill and Maine Coast Hospital Director of Philanthropy Sarah Joy. “What a pleasure to collaborate with our business friends to honor and commemorate this joyful and exciting occasion.”
