You could save a life! Learn the steps of CPR at Northern Light Sebasticook Valley Hospital’s Heartsaver training, which runs from 8:30 am to noon.

Grab a friend or family member and join us for this important CPR training. Learn how to determine if an adult, child, or infant is unresponsive, how to call for help, give chest compressions and provide breaths, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and relieve choking.
