We offer telehealth for a range of services and conditions. The first step is to check with your provider to see if telehealth options are right for you. You should also check with your insurance company. Coverage for telehealth services and procedures has greatly expanded, but always check first to be sure the telehealth option is included in your insurance plan.
Can you use Northern Light Telehealth?
Once you’ve confirmed that telehealth is available, there are a few things you’ll need to do to prepare.
Call your provider and ask. They may also call you.
Ask about other care arrangements.
If you’re using a smartphone for Zoom, download the app ahead of time from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
If you’re using a PC or Mac computer, or smartphone for Zoom, you can follow the link from the email invite you’ll get from your provider.
Follow the link from the email invite from your provider to start your Northern Light Telehealth appointment.
Use the phone number in the email invite if that’s how you and your provider agree you’ll receive Northern Light Telehealth.
